Job summary

BrandConnect Media in El-Ain, UAE is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to measure and map land surfaces using Total Stations, GPS receivers and laser levels. The role requires 2+ years of experience and strong English communication; Malayalam or Nepali knowledge is a plus.

The position is full-time with salary 1200$ per month, accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available. Health insurance and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations GPS receivers and laser levels.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; Malayalam or Nepali preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and topographical features.
• Using GPS, laser levels, and other instruments to measure and record data.
• Analyzing survey data and preparing reports, maps, and plans.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying results.
• Maintaining survey equipment and tools in good working condition.
