Land surveyor job in Abu-Dhabi UAE.

We are looking for a competent and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to establish precise land boundaries for our projects.

The ideal applicant must have a degree in surveying or related field, plus at least 3 years of professional experience in land surveying. A valid driver's license and proficiency in AutoCAD is also required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, measuring distances and angles between points; determining property lines from deeds and legal descriptions; preparing topographic maps and sketches; calculating curves, areas and volumes; using total station, data collectors, and GPS systems; as well as completing calculations for reports or other internal documents.

The successful candidate must have excellent problem solving skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to work well with clients and colleagues. We welcome applications from foreign candidates who are able to demonstrate their commitment towards the role by having a valid visa/work permit.

The salary is 1700 AED per month and is negotiable depending on experience.
