Land Surveyor in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining precise locations and measurements of land boundaries, as well as preparing and reviewing documents for the completion of projects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. In addition, the Land Surveyor should have a working knowledge of surveying equipment, boundary laws, regulations, and related legal documents.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Analyze survey objectives, specifications, and legal documents to determine project requirements.
• Plan surveys to ensure that all required data is collected.
• Identify property boundaries by examining deeds, plats, aerial photographs, or other records.
• Calculate angles and distances using geometry, trigonometry, or electronic survey equipment.
• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots plans maps drawings or sketches used in surveys.
• Establish fixed points on the earth's surface by measuring distances and angles between them using survey instruments such as prisms or range finders.
• Record data on survey forms with speed and accuracy.
• Analyze results of surveys for conformance with applicable codes or regulations.
• Prepare deed descriptions for use in land titles or transfers.
• Compile reports from survey notes that explain results of surveys performed on clients' property boundaries.
• Verify accuracy of data obtained during field measurements by comparing with existing records from government sources or other sources available in Abu-Dhabi area

The salary for this position is 1400 per month plus benefits package which includes health insurance coverage for the successful candidate and family members (if applicable). We are willing to consider an immigrant if they meet all qualifications requirements for this position listed above..
