Job summary

PPOAR in Khawr Fakkan is seeking a dedicated Land Surveyor to conduct field surveys for mapping, boundary demarcation, and related tasks using Total Stations, GNSS, and drones. You will capture data and produce maps, plans, and 3D models.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering and at least three years of surveying experience, with strong GIS skills (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS) and a keen eye for detail. A competitive monthly salary and medical benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of experience in land surveying activities.
• Strong knowledge of GIS software such as ArcGIS/AutoCAD/QGIS and survey-grade equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using Total Stations, GNSS, drones, etc.
• Collect data to produce maps, plans, cross-sections using GIS software.
• Create 3D models for engineering projects like roads or buildings.
• Establish survey control networks with boundary markers and bearing angles onsite.
• Provide technical advice to clients on surveying activities.
• Assess risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
