Land surveyor vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE. We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys for residential, commercial and industrial properties. This position offers a salary of 1500. We are open to considering an immigrant for the position.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting land surveys for residential, commercial and industrial properties using various instruments and techniques.
• Collecting data on areas such as boundary limits, legal descriptions, topography, soil composition and other elements associated with the project.
• Preparing detailed maps that accurately reflect the surveyed area’s features.
• Analyzing survey data collected in order to produce accurate results.
• Ensuring all survey results adhere to applicable codes and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Survey Technology or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• At least 3 years of experience conducting land surveys required.
• Knowledge of surveying laws, rules, regulations, principles and practices required.
• Ability to read blueprints necessary for completion of projects required.
