Job summary

UrbanLogic is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. You will conduct topographic, boundary and construction surveys and create precise maps and land measurements, applying strong math skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, at least three years of experience, proficiency with GPS and total stations, and knowledge of AutoCAD. Salary is USD 1,800 per month, negotiable based on experience.

As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements of land areas This position requires strong mathematical skills attention to detail and proficiency in the use of surveying equipment

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic boundary and construction surveys using various surveying equipment
• Create accurate maps and measurements of land areas
• Analyze survey data to identify any discrepancies or inaccuracies
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure accurate mapping and measurements
• Prepare reports and documentation of survey results
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Strong mathematical skills with proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers total stations etc
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or inaccuracies in survey data
• Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and standards related to land surveying
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software is preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Salary $1800 per month negotiable based on experience
