Overview

Land surveyor position in Musaffah, UAE. This role is responsible for performing land surveys, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout surveys. The successful candidate will accurately measure and map property boundaries and identify and record existing features on the land.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout surveys to support project planning and execution.
  • Accurately measure, map, and document property boundaries and land features.
  • Record and verify existing features and utilities on-site; ensure data integrity and clear documentation.
  • Prepare survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions as required.
  • Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure survey data meets project specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
  • Experience in land surveying (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of both manual and GPS surveying methods
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stand for extended periods outdoors
