We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries create maps and charts and provide data for construction projects The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of surveying procedures and equipment as well as excellent analytical and communication skills This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS total station and laser scanners
• Analyze survey data to create accurate maps charts and reports
• Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions for land parcels
• Collaborate with engineers architects and construction teams to provide survey data for projects
• Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and meets quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of survey data including field notes and digital files
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
• Excellent knowledge of surveying procedures techniques and equipment
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience working in Dubai
