VivaVibe Productions in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to conduct surveys, determine property boundaries, and map topographic features. The role requires proficiency with GPS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment, plus strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will prepare detailed survey reports, collaborate with engineers and designers, and ensure safety and accuracy on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor.
• Experience with surveying equipment and software.

Our growing surveying company in El-Ain is seeking an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries topography and other important data The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS total stations and laser scanners
• Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and topographic features
• Prepare detailed reports and maps of survey findings
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals on projects
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Train and mentor junior surveying staff as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in land surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
• Experience with various surveying equipment and software

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor PLS certification
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software
• Knowledge of GIS software
• Able to work in physically demanding environments
