We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman United Arab Emirates As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries and features collect data for construction or engineering projects and provide accurate information for property lines and maps

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as GPS equipment total stations and levels
• Analyze survey data to create maps drawings and reports
• Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land
• Use computer-aided design CAD software to create detailed plans for construction or development projects
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
• Provide guidance to surveying technicians and assistants on site
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the UAE or similar region
• Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and other relevant computer applications
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English
• Pakistani nationality preferred open to foreigners with valid work permit
