Qualifications

• Experience in banking environment within UAE or GCC region.
• Familiarity with various customer types: retail, corporate, HNW, offshore entities.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC due diligence for retail and/or corporate clients.
• Collect, review, and validate KYC documents.
• Perform risk assessments and customer risk profiling.
• Liaise with front office and compliance teams on queries.

Skills

Proven experience in KYC/AML roles

Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field

AML or compliance certifications (CAMS, ICA)
