Kitchen Helper (or Kitchen Assistant) supports chefs and waitstaff by performing essential food preparation, cleaning, and organizing duties to ensure smooth, sanitary operations.

Key tasks include washing dishes/utensils, chopping produce, managing waste, and restocking supplies, often requiring physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting fruits, vegetables, and meat.
• Cleaning & Sanitizing: Scrubbing pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen surfaces; mopping floors; cleaning equipment and work areas.
