Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools like multi-meters and vacuum testers.
• Knowledge of refrigeration theory and refrigerant handling.
• Good mechanical aptitude for various systems.
• Familiar with HACCP and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills to work alongside team members.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls promptly.
• Calibrate and verify temperature controls and sensors.
