We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Dispatcher to manage and coordinate food delivery operations efficiently. The Dispatcher will act as the communication hub between the kitchen, delivery drivers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and assign delivery orders to drivers based on location, availability, and delivery time.
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle incoming calls related to delivery status, customer inquiries, and driver support.
• Update dispatch logs and delivery tracking systems in real-time.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to monitor order preparation times and manage dispatch accordingly.
• Resolve issues such as delays, customer complaints, or incorrect orders quickly and professionally.
• Ensure that all delivery orders meet quality and safety standards before dispatching.
• Track driver performance and report any operational issues to management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of delivery zones, weather conditions, and traffic issues.
