Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Education or related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in the related field.
• Experience with SEN or gifted students and differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Create a climate for learning conducive to outstanding practice.
• Identify clear teaching and learning objectives and set challenging tasks.
• Differentiate to meet SEN and very able students while maintaining pace and motivation.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning and differentiate lessons.
• Mark work regularly and set progress targets and provide informative reports to parents.
