Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on creating a nurturing classroom, delivering developmentally appropriate activities, and supporting early childhood growth.

The successful candidate will develop engaging lesson plans, maintain a safe environment, and communicate progress with parents. A degree in Education and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• 2+ years teaching experience preferred, ideally in kindergarten.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for kindergarten.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Execute activities to support growth in language, math, science, and social skills.
• Assess student progress through observations and documentation for parent conferences.
• Communicate regularly with parents about child development and progress.
