We are hiring only a Filipino passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher for a well-established school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing engaging and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners fostering both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement age-appropriate and engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning objectives.
• Foundational Teaching: Instruct children in basic skills including literacy numeracy and social-emotional development.
• Interactive Learning: Use diverse teaching methods such as storytelling music art games and outdoor activities.
• Progress Assessment: Monitor and evaluate each child's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Parental Engagement: Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress and behavior.
• Classroom Management: Foster a positive safe and respectful classroom environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and administration to support the school's mission.
• Compliance: Follow ADEK regulations and ensure classroom safety and hygiene standards.
