Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten (KG) Teacher (ADEK Approved) who is a native speaker (preferably with UAE experience and complete/attested documents). The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating lesson plans while creating an engaging and nurturing environment for young learners. The role requires patience, creativity, and the ability to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere in which children can thrive both academically and personally.

Eligibility Criteria

• (Bachelor’s degree in Education Specialization) OR (Teaching Diploma ADEK Bachelor's degree)
• IELTS band score of 6 for KG.
• Minimum of 2 years Experience in UAE (American Curriculum).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for children aged 3-6 years covering subjects such as literacy, numeracy, social studies, and creative arts.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress and development, providing feedback to parents and management.
• Develop and implement activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.
• Establish clear learning objectives and maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well‑rounded educational experience.
• Follow the school’s policies and procedures to ensure that the classroom operates smoothly and effectively.

Key Requirements

• Native Speaker of English (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
• A teaching qualification such as a PGCE or equivalent certification (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching kindergarten preferably in the UAE.
• Complete and attested documents (degree certifications and teaching credentials) as per UAE requirements.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and teaching techniques.
• IELTS 6.5 Required
• ADEK Approval or appointment letter (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
