Job summary

Rixos Hotels in the UAE is seeking a dynamic Kids Club Educator focused on robotics, coding, and STEM activities for children. You will plan lessons, guide activities, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment for guests’ families.

You will collaborate with the Entertainment team to create memorable family experiences, adapt sessions for different ages, and uphold the hotel’s service standards while promoting curiosity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching robotics, coding, or STEM activities to children is preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and safeguarding awareness.
• Good English and Russian language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct robotics, coding, and STEM activities for diverse age groups.
• Supervise sessions, ensure safety, and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, manage equipment, and track attendance and progress.
• Collaborate with Entertainment teams to integrate activities into the guest experience.
