Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Organize and lead recreational activities that are age-appropriate.
• Supervise children at all times in the Kids Club.
• Maintain a clean and inviting space for activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their children's activities.
• Handle incidents following safety guidelines.
• Assist with special events and activities related to children.

What will I be doing

• Welcome children and families to the Kids Club with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Organize and participate in recreational activities such as games, crafts, storytelling and outdoor sports ensuring they are age‑appropriate and engaging.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times while they are in the Kids Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting space by setting up and tidying activity areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians providing updates on their children’s activities and behavior when necessary.
• Handle any incidents or emergencies with care following Hilton’s safety and security guidelines.
• Assist with special events, birthday parties and other child‑focused activities as needed.
• Uphold Hilton’s high standards of service ensuring that children and families feel valued and cared for throughout their experience.
