Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions FZE in the UAE is seeking a friendly, responsible Kids Club Attendant / Kids Animator for a five-star hotel. You will supervise children, lead activities and help families feel welcome, using Russian and English to communicate with guests and parents.

Experience in a hotel, resort or family entertainment venue is preferred. The role requires on-site presence in the UAE and willingness to work weekends and public holidays; accommodation and meals are provided as part of

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian is required and English proficiency for guest communication.
• Prior hands-on experience with kids clubs, animation or children's activities.
• Experience in luxury hospitality environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during kids club activities in a safe, welcoming environment.
• Organise age-appropriate games, crafts, storytelling, music and group activities.
• Engage children with diverse interests and encourage participation.
• Communicate clearly with children and parents in Russian and English.
• Follow hotel registration, attendance and collection procedures.
