ROLE: Kids Club Animator

We are seeking a creative and energetic Kids Club Animator to join our hotel's entertainment team. As a Kids Club Animator, you will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging activities and programs for children staying at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a fun and safe environment where children can play, learn, and make friends while their parents relax.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of age-appropriate activities and games for children, ensuring they are entertaining and educational.
• Welcome children and their families, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Supervise children during activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area, ensuring it is safe and inviting.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and themed activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's participation and any specific needs or concerns.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures, particularly those related to child safety and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in promoting Kids Club activities and events to hotel guests through various channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in childcare, education, or recreational activities, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Ability to engage children of various ages through creative and stimulating activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, fresher or 1-year experience in 4-5 star hotel.
