Our client, a global beverage company, is seeking a Key Accounts Executive with managerial experience in HORECA to manage and grow partnerships with leading hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key HORECA accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for decision-makers such as F&B Directors and Procurement Managers.
  • Develop and implement account-specific business plans to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract agreements, and pricing discussions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align objectives, address challenges, and explore growth potential.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee product availability, quality standards, and brand visibility in all HORECA outlets.
  • Drive execution of new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
  • 5-7 years of key account management experience in the beverage industry, with a strong focus on HORECA.
  • Established network and in-depth knowledge of the UAE HORECA market.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or sales automation tools.
