The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education: A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales, and marketing (an MBA is a bonus) with 1-2 years of experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the organization in public, during media events, product launches, demonstrations, and trade shows.
Strong communication skills to convey information effectively to customers, suppliers, and team members.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team to achieve goals.
Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, data extraction, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media for customer engagement and product promotion.
What You’ll Do
The ideal candidate will support customers by promoting products from the catalog, providing technical support, conducting training, and assisting in preparing exhibition spaces for successful displays.
Passion and Skills
1. Continuously update product knowledge and propose solutions through demonstrations highlighting features, benefits, and advantages.
2. Identify customer needs, listen effectively, propose solutions, and explain value propositions using a consultative sales approach.
3. Stay informed about product and market developments.
4. Proactively generate demand for DEWALT & STANLEY, developing a strong sales pipeline with contractors.
5. Build rapport with key contacts and provide exceptional service, including after-sales support.
6. Conduct market research and relay customer feedback to marketing and product teams.
7. Provide product and safety training at job sites to enhance productivity through proper tool usage.
8. Support new product launches to end-users.
9. Organize and execute dealer training programs locally.
10. Recommend product enhancements and identify new opportunities.
11. Assist marketing in developing strategies for profitability.
Required Qualifications
Same as above: bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, 1-2 years experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, capable of working independently and in teams.
