Axis Communications has an exciting position as Key Account Manager – End Customer in Dubai, UAE.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and develop business plans for existing and new large end‑customer companies.
  • Evaluate annual targets and close projects within the account list.
  • Work with all Axis departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers, Post‑sales Support) to manage a 360° customer relationship.
  • Strategically manage accounts to deepen Axis relationships across product and solution lines, over an extended time horizon, and across geographical boundaries.
  • Identify and influence major stakeholders and ecosystem partners, and coordinate activities within the different company functions.
  • Actively participate in selected associations, tradeshows, market events and congresses to create brand awareness and detect new opportunities.
  • Update, maintain, and share all major information within the accounts through Salesforce.
  • Act as an Axis core value ambassador.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years in sales, National/Key Accounts for large end customers.
  • Experience with indirect B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the oil and gas sector.
  • Knowledge in network infrastructure is preferable.
  • Used to complex sales management in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong account management and team‑building skills.
  • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong communication (verbal, listening, written), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic preferably.
  • Well‑structured in forecasting and delivering results.
