Job description

Carter Murray is excited to be working with a very well-known consumer products organisation on the hiring of a Key Account Executive in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and work closely with the distributor/local customers to establish relationships that will generate consistent revenue opportunities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory, including untapped retail segments, e-commerce platforms and potential sub-distributors
  • Support and monitor the distributors sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets
  • Ensure adequate market coverage by evaluating existing distribution networks and recommending expansion or optimization where necessary
  • Work closely with distributors to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Monitor retail presence, pricing consistency and adherence to brand merchandising guidelines
  • Support the distributor in implementing local marketing and digital campaigns
  • Recommend pricing structures
  • Collect and analyse market data
  • Devise strategies to increase profitability of products
  • Monitor distributors PSI of each product category
Preferred Skills & Qualification
  • Masters/Bachelor Degree in Business management or similar
  • Excellent Product/territory knowledge with high technical background
  • Experience in conducting training and preparing presentations
  • Excellent in technical communication
  • 3+ years of experience in the industry/field of Consumer Products.
  • Thorough & up to date knowledge of the market
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral)
