Carter Murray is excited to be working with a very well-known consumer products organisation on the hiring of a Key Account Executive in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and work closely with the distributor/local customers to establish relationships that will generate consistent revenue opportunities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory, including untapped retail segments, e-commerce platforms and potential sub-distributors
- Support and monitor the distributors sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets
- Ensure adequate market coverage by evaluating existing distribution networks and recommending expansion or optimization where necessary
- Work closely with distributors to maintain optimal stock levels
- Monitor retail presence, pricing consistency and adherence to brand merchandising guidelines
- Support the distributor in implementing local marketing and digital campaigns
- Recommend pricing structures
- Collect and analyse market data
- Devise strategies to increase profitability of products
- Monitor distributors PSI of each product category
Preferred Skills & Qualification
- Masters/Bachelor Degree in Business management or similar
- Excellent Product/territory knowledge with high technical background
- Experience in conducting training and preparing presentations
- Excellent in technical communication
- 3+ years of experience in the industry/field of Consumer Products.
- Thorough & up to date knowledge of the market
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
