Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• Experience as a tutor preferred but not required.
• Ability to teach Mathematics, English, Science and Social Studies.

Responsibilities

• Assess student abilities, needs and progress to develop lesson plans.
• Tailor lesson plans to individual students.
• Lead class discussions, assign work and evaluate student performance.
• Prepare teaching materials such as homework assignments and worksheets.
• Assist students in developing study skills.
• Track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
