Job summary

Hilton Dubai is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. You will guide hands-on training, ensure quality control, and maintain a positive, guest-focused environment in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

You will manage production lists, perform line checks, develop seasonal menus, and collaborate with Front of House and Back of House teams while supporting stock control and scheduling to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Lead the culinary team: Provide hands-on leadership and in-the-moment coaching to kitchen staff, with a focus on Food & Beverage outlets
• Oversee production and service: Manage daily kitchen operations, including creating and monitoring production lists, completing line checks, and managing service
• Enhance menu offerings: Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials
• Promote cross-department collaboration: Foster strong, positive relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless operations
• Provide administrative support: Assist with stock take management, ordering, and scheduling
