Job summary

Repton Al Barsha is seeking a dedicated Junior School Class Teacher to join from January 2027. The successful candidate will inspire students across Early Years to Year 11 with a love of learning and high expectations for attainment.

We seek a motivated team player who brings energy and a passion for education to a vibrant school in New Dubai. The role requires appropriate qualifications and experience in a UK setting or British Curriculum, plus an ability to contribute to our enrichment

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or PGCE required.
• Alternative: Bachelor in subject plus PGCE in Primary Education.
• Experience teaching in a UK setting or with a British Curriculum is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons to Junior School students in line with UK National Curriculum standards.
• Support pupils’ attainment and progress through high expectations and differentiation.

Repton Al Barsha currently educates students from Nursery (FS1) to Year 11 and will be growing year on year through to Year 13.

Successful candidates will

Hold Bachelors of Education or PGCE with appropriate specialism, OR

Hold Bachelors in subject relevant to teaching specialism plus PGCE in Primary Education

Have experience teaching in a UK setting or renowned British Curriculum / international school

Have appropriate experience which enables them to contribute to our school enrichment program
