Job summary

La Petite Maison is seeking a Junior Receptionist to welcome guests, manage reservations, and support daily front-of-house operations in Abu Dhabi. You will greet guests warmly, guide them to tables, and answer inquiries with a smile.

English proficiency is essential; knowledge of another European language is a plus. Previous hostess or guest relations experience is preferred, and basic computer skills (Seven Rooms, Microsoft Office) are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is a must; an additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience as a restaurant hostess or guest relations executive role.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Seven Rooms, Microsoft Office).
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance reflecting professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Attend bi-daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors & co-workers.
• Build strong guest relations by recognizing preferences and resolving complaints in a friendly manner.
• Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure inquiries are met with a smile.

About The Role

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for welcoming and delivering guest experiences to the highest standards.
• Proficiency in English is a must; an additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience as a restaurant hostess or a guest relations executive role.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, preferably in Seven Rooms and Microsoft Office.
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance and presentation that reflects the company’s professional standards.
