Hantec Markets seeks a motivated Junior Frontend Developer to join our technology team. You will collaborate with senior engineers and the Lead Frontend Architect to build and maintain modern React-based web applications, supporting client-facing platforms and internal systems.

This role offers growth in React, modern frontend engineering, and enterprise-grade platforms within a regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of frontend development experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with consuming APIs (REST or GraphQL).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Good communication and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with WordPress (traditional and headless).
• Experience with WordPress ACF framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript.
• Implement designs from UX/UI teams with attention to detail.
• Build reusable UI components following frontend standards.
• Integrate frontend apps with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Support websites and platforms powered by headless WordPress.
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and refactor code.
• Participate in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Follow best practices for performance, accessibility, and security.
