We are currently seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to join our Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to grow in a professional and fast-paced environment.

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials equipment and services in line with ICS policies.
  • Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) collect and evaluate vendor offers.
  • Support vendor management by maintaining updated records and assisting in performance reviews.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with schools and suppliers to track orders and resolve delivery or invoicing issues.
  • Maintain procurement records databases and documentation.
  • Assist in negotiating prices terms and delivery schedules with approved vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Support in preparing periodic procurement reports for management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain or related field.
  • 1 2 years of experience in a similar procurement or administrative role (preferably in education or corporate sector).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
