Job summary

Dubai Precast LLC is seeking an Estimation Engineer to support precast projects in Dubai. You will review drawings, prepare proposals, and develop complete project estimates and BOQs for tender submissions.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, using AutoCAD, Plan Swift and Excel to produce accurate costings and transfer data into the system. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of precast estimation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in estimation within the precast industry.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and Plan Swift.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements for estimation purposes.
• Prepare precast proposal from architectural drawings
• Prepare project estimates, quantity take-offs, and material calculations based on drawings and specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, proposal sketches / drawings, and project requirements for estimation purposes.
• Preparing quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with client, consultant.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for estimation requirements.
• Regular follow-up of quotes submitted to clients.
• Issue order information to stake holders and transfer data into system.
