Vacancy: Junior Paralegal – UAE

The Role

As a Junior Paralegal, you will assist the legal and compliance department in day‑to‑day operations, supporting contract management, corporate documentation, and regulatory filings. You will work closely with our Legal and Compliance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of legal and compliance tasks.

Key Accountabilities

• Assisting in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and legal documents
• Supporting company secretarial and corporate governance activities (e.g., maintaining register & filing documents with authorities)
• Conducting legal research and compiling findings for internal use
• Assisting with compliance checks and due diligence procedures
• Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems for legal records
• Coordinating with external counsel and government authorities as needed

Skills & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department (preferred but not required)
• Good understanding of corporate and commercial law principles
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
