Job summary

Amentum in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, seeks linguists with JR level OSINT experience to support CENTCOM/USAF OSI. You will translate, transcribe, and analyze open-source content across multiple sites in the CENTCOM AOR, delivering concise reports and briefings.

Expected to travel up to 30% and maintain high security clearances. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, leveraging ILRDLPT-equivalent language proficiency, and produce foreign language products that inform defense

Qualifications

• US citizen and eligible SCI clearance at hire.
• Two years’ experience researching in the source language on foreign language websites.
• ILRT level 3 in reading, listening, and speaking via DLPT/OPI or equivalent testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a multi-faceted team supporting OSI’s mission with language translation assistance.
• Conduct analysis using publicly available sources to assess national security issues and developments.
• Provide open-source analytic support to collections, operations and investigations.
• Research and analyze foreign and domestic information to identify trends and relationships.
• Produce translation reports, assessments, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats.
• Travel within the AOR up to 30% and deliver products compliant with standards.
