Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail merchandising or buying role.
• Fluent in English; Malayalam language skills preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing merchandising plans and strategies that align with company goals and objectives

• Assist in managing stock levels and replenishment orders to ensure optimal product availability
• Participate in store visits to evaluate product placement, displays, and overall store presentation
