Job summary

Confidential is seeking a talented designer who loves design, technology, and Generative AI to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role targets emerging creative talent with strong visual instincts and a compelling AI‑driven portfolio.

You will create visuals for brands, campaigns, social media, websites and events, using Generative AI to accelerate ideation and production while collaborating with senior creatives to bring ideas to production.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in design, creative production, digital media or related field.
• Recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Portfolio matters more than years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for brands, campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, events and digital experiences.
• Use Generative AI to accelerate ideation, concept development and production of visuals.
• Turn briefs into visually compelling concepts.
• Experiment with new AI styles, techniques and creative formats.
• Support the development of brand identities, campaigns and key visuals.
• Combine AI-generated content with traditional design tools to produce final assets.
• Work closely with senior creatives and learn how to take concepts from idea to production.
• Continuously explore emerging AI creative tools and bring new ideas to the team.

We are looking for talented and highly creative designer who is passionate about design, technology, and Generative AI.

This role is designed for an emerging creative talent with strong visual instincts, curiosity, and hands‑on experience experimenting with AI tools. Years of experience are less important than talent, creativity, speed of learning, and the quality of your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for brands, campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, events, and digital experiences.
• Use Generative AI to accelerate ideation, concept development, image creation, video, animation, and creative production.
• Turn simple ideas and briefs into visually compelling concepts.
• Experiment with new visual styles, AI techniques, and creative formats.
• Support the development of brand identities, campaigns, key visuals, and digital content.
• Combine AI-generated content with traditional design tools to produce polished final assets.
• Work closely with senior creatives and learn how to take concepts from idea to production.
• Continuously explore emerging AI creative tools and bring new ideas to the team.

Tools & Skills

Experience with some of the following is preferred:

• Generative AI: Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Firefly, Flux, Stable Diffusion or similar.
• AI Video: Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, Sora, Luma or similar.
• Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent.
