Job description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Events Executive Intern to join our dynamic ITP Gaming team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in event planning coordination and execution.

They should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. The successful candidate is creative and detailoriented. An interest in gaming is a plus.

ITP Gaming provides management and execution of 360degree campaigns across the GCC working with a network of global game publishers hardware providers nonendemic brands and influencers to bring the biggest game launches and gaming initiative to the region.

The Junior Events Executive will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Activities & Delivery

• Plan an event or activation utilising a dedicated template/format
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers throughout all project phases from initial planning to execution.
• Contribute to content ideation and participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Monitor influencer social media activity during live events or activations.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive postevent/activation reports following a dedicated template.
• Ensure client KPIs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Provide onground support during setup and throughout the duration of the event.
• Ability to understand the importance of and maintain confidentiality of information

Coordination & Communication

• Work with the line manager and producers to ensure content reflects ITP Gaming s overall editorial strategy by meeting brand guidelines
• Provide crossfunctional support across various departmental projects
• Excellent written communication skills and handson experience
