Job summary

Headstart Recruitment International is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer for a project at Dubai Airports, Dubai. The role is full-time and fully onsite, with flexible working hours. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will gain practical exposure to project coordination, documentation, testing and commissioning while working with experienced teams in a technically focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, engineering, IT or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Good understanding of technical concepts, systems or engineering principles.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fully onsite project environment.
• Proactive, committed and willing to develop professionally.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, technical documentation or other relevant software would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support technical and project-related activities across ongoing projects
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, reports and project records
• Support project teams with coordination, scheduling and follow-up of technical activities
• Assist with technical reviews, drawings, layouts and project documentation as required
• Work closely with engineering, project and other relevant teams to support smooth project execution
• Support testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues during project execution
• Ensure assigned activities are completed in accordance with project requirements, safety procedures and applicable standards
• Learn and develop knowledge of relevant technical systems, processes and project requirements
