Navigo Partners Limited on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to join our risk advisory team. The role focuses on AML/KYC processes, policy drafting, client onboarding, and regulatory tracking, with exposure to UAE frameworks and FATF standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in compliance, AML, or KYC, a related bachelor’s degree, and is UAE-based. CAMS/ICA certification is preferred, with goAML experience considered advantageous.

Contextual Overview

Navigo Partners Limited, an independent ADGM-based firm providing risk advisory, outsourced compliance, and AML/CFT services, is seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to join its team in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will work directly on client engagements spanning regulated financial services firms and DNFBPs across the UAE.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Must be UAE-based.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in compliance, AML, or KYC within a consultancy, bank, broker, exchange house, or similar environment (capital markets/broker-dealer compliance exposure is a plus).
• Working knowledge of the UAE AML/CFT framework in at least one of onshore, ADGM, or DIFC jurisdictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related field.
• CAMS, ICA, or similar certification (or working towards one) is preferred.
• Hands‑on goAML experience strongly advantageous.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft and update AML/CFT policies, procedures, and enterprise‑wide risk assessments.
• Support compliance monitoring programs, periodic reviews, record‑keeping, and market abuse monitoring.
• Assist with client AML training and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Track developments in UAE AML/CFT law, supervisory guidance (MoE, CMA, FSRA, DFSA), and FATF standards.
• Perform client onboarding, KYC/CDD, and EDD reviews.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse‑media screening with clearly documented outcomes.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Salary & Compensation: Base salary plus eligibility for profit share on new business generated, reflecting experience level.
