Job summary

edari in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a 12-month contract in Abu Dhabi to produce engaging visuals across digital platforms and corporate communications.

You will develop PowerPoint presentations, create social media content, support branding, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines using Adobe Creative Cloud.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a relevant degree, and a proactive, collaborative approach; immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate, creative, marketing, or branding environment.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging, professional, and well-structured presentations.
• Hands-on experience creating social media posts and digital marketing content.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of InDesign is an advantage.
• Strong visual design principles, brand consistency, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design work, PowerPoint presentations, and social media creatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and format professional PowerPoint presentations for corporate communications, internal meetings, management updates, and other business requirements.
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts and digital content in line with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Support the development of creative materials, including digital advertisements, brochures, newsletters, event materials, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in translating creative briefs and ideas into effective visual designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Adapt existing designs and templates to suit different platforms, formats, audiences, and communication needs.
• Ensure presentations and creative materials are visually consistent, well-structured, and aligned with the organisation's branding standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver materials within agreed timelines.
• Organise design files and prepare artwork for final delivery across digital and print formats.
• Stay updated on graphic design, presentation design, and social media trends to contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design work, PowerPoint presentations, and social media creatives is highly desirable.
