ConFlip in Dubai is seeking a Junior Barista for an entry-level position. You will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, maintain a clean work area, and deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

No prior experience is required, but you should have a passion for coffee and be willing to learn. Accommodation is provided for the selected candidate, with training to develop barista skills and latte art.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Barista to join our team in Dubai. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is an entry level position, perfect for those with no previous barista experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
