Autograph Collection at Dubai Parks & Resorts is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support food preparation and service. You will prep ingredients, portion, cook to recipes, handle cold foods, operate ovens and grills, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

This full-time, non-management role requires attention to quality, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods. Education: high school diploma or GED; experience of at least 1 year preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow safety policies, report issues, and maintain professional appearance.
