Job summary

Printerpix is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of Agentic AI workflows powering marketing campaigns in Dubai. You will assist with LLM API integrations, real-time data pipelines, and RAG systems while learning MCP concepts and AI orchestration frameworks.

The role is on-site in Dubai, full-time, entry-level, with opportunities to learn advanced AI techniques in a fast-growing marketing technology environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years practical experience with Python and data operations in marketing tech.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent workflows.
• Solid SQL for data extraction and dataset prep.
• Experience with LLM APIs and JSON payloads for integrations.
• Knowledge of ML basics and statistics relevant to marketing data.
• Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Understanding of vector DBs for semantic search (e.g., Weaviate, Milvus, Pinecone).
• MCP concepts to maintain context across agent tasks.
• Experience building RAG systems to enhance LLM responses.
• Good technical communication with marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying Agentic AI workflows for hyper-personalized campaigns.
• Support development of content generation and real-time bid optimization.
• Contribute to data pipelines feeding real-time marketing data to AI models.
• Learn MCP implementations to maintain coherent context across sources.
• Collaborate with engineers and marketing teams on AI integrations.
