Job summary

Printerpix is seeking a Junior AI Engineer in Dubai to join our marketing AI team. In this entry-level role, you will support the development, maintenance and implementation of Agentic AI workflows that power hyper-personalized campaigns across email, social, and digital channels.

Based in Dubai, you will work with senior engineers to build data pipelines, learn MCP concepts, and contribute to end-to-end AI deployments.

Qualifications

1-2 years of practical Python, data operations, and AI integrations.
Understanding of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent workflows.
Proficiency in Python for API integrations and data manipulation.
Solid SQL skills for data extraction and dataset preparation.
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
Good grounding in machine learning principles for data-driven marketing.
Exposure to LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen for orchestration.
Knowledge of vector databases for semantic search (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
Willingness to learn MCP concepts for maintaining context.

Responsibilities

Support deployment of Agentic AI workflows for marketing campaigns.
Assist in building automation for content generation, audience segmentation, and real-time bid optimization.
Help develop and maintain RAG systems powered by vector databases.
Learn MCP implementations to maintain coherent context across data sources.
Write and maintain data pipelines to feed real-time marketing data into AI models.
