Job summary

Flip retail in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations, including sales documentation, reconciliations, and reporting. The role requires a BSc in Finance/Accounting, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent English communication to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

The candidate will handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare weekly receivables updates, and assist with bank reconciliations, financial statements, and reporting.

Qualifications

• BSc level in Finance/Accounting is required.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, billings, receipts and upgrade them in the accounting system.
• Evaluate and process payments.
• Communicate effectively with all company divisions and external events/parties.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare weekly updates for all receivables.
• Coordinate financial transactions including handling of orders and settlement of billings.
• Integrate all bank payments and submit reconciliations for approval.
• Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Prepare payments for processing and post them in the system.
