Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of joinery and fitout projects ensuring quality schedule and budget goals are met.
• Review and interpret technical drawings joinery shop drawings and project plans.
• Coordinate with clients designers architects and main contractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are fully aligned.
• Supervise and monitor the manufacturing and installation processes ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage production teams subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules track progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure all health & safety quality and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Provide leadership motivation and direction to crossfunctional project teams.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement proactive solutions.

Key Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in Construction Management Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field Degree of Diploma in Architecture Interior Design or any related field.
• Must have 10 years above experience from reputed firms in UAE/GCC.
• Must have worked on any hotel projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong understanding of bespoke joinery cabinetry and highend interior fitout works.
• Solid experience in production management and coordination with manufacturing units.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and joinery drawings.
• Excellent project management leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available immediately.
