A leading construction company in Umm al-Quwain is seeking an experienced Senior Joinery Detailer. This role requires 5-10 years in detailing with expertise in AutoCAD and joinery. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed drawings for various joinery items including cabinetry and furniture, coordinate project requirements, and support production. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in joinery detailing within a fit-out or woodworking environment.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D modelling software is a plus.
• Solid understanding of joinery materials and fabrication techniques.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Joinery Detailerwith 5–10 years of expertise in producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating all aspects of joinery works. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complex detailing tasks independently and supporting the production team throughout the fabrication process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed2D and 3D shop drawingsfor various joinery items including cabinetry, furniture, wall cladding, doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and custom fit-out elements.
• Create precisefabrication drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offsfor production.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and workshop teams to ensure drawings align with project requirements and technical standards.
• Review drawings from junior detailers/draftsmen and provide guidance to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Offer technical support during production and installation, resolving issues related to materials, hardware, and assembly details.
• Conduct site measurements when required to verify dimensions and site conditions.
• Assist withmachine-related taskswhere applicable, including preparing files or information required for workshop machinery during the production process.
