The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of Commis experience in upscale hotels, strong attention to detail, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Chef in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in mise‑en‑place and plating.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise‑en‑place for Italian cuisine with accuracy.
• Maintain high quality of kitchen production and presentation.
• Assist the Chef De Partie and other team members as required.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service.
