Key Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting & Support
• Diagnose and resolve issues with applications and software.
• Manage Active Directory tasks : user account setup, permissions, password resets, and group policies.
• Network & Infrastructure Maintenance
• Monitor and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Oversee server administration (physical / virtual), backups, and database management710.
• System Installation & Configuration
• Deploy and update OS, applications, and security patches.
• Set up audiovisual systems, conference rooms, and specialized equipment (e.g., manufacturing plant IT).
• User Training & Documentation
• Train staff on IT best practices, new tools, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Maintain asset inventories, incident logs, and solution databases.
• Compliance & Security
• Implement ITIL standards for service management.
• Ensure adherence to UAE data protection regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Essential : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Essential : Experience : 0-2 years in IT support roles; proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP / IP, DNS).
• Essential : Technical Certifications : Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA A+, or Cisco CCNA.
• Essential : Soft Skills : Exceptional customer service, problem-solving agility, and fluency in English.
